DB for sure.
Now if this was HL's restructuring group, this could be up for some debate (as it's a stellar group), but FAS =/= banking, if that is (what I assume) you're interested in.
HL restructuring group would beat out DB; but FAS has moderately poor dealflow and can't even be compared to DB. DB for sure.
How is this a question? Valuation at a MM firm or banking at a BB...

DB for sure, especially in comparison to FAS. That's just a valuation group.
In my opinion, HL reputation is primarily due to its restructuring practice and FAS professionals are treated as second class citizens at the firm. In the old days, FAS used to hire with the promise of an internal transfer to other teams. I dont think that happens any more. Also, the politics at the senior level is fierce (especially in NY since the headquarters is in LA) and the effects trickle down to junior employees.
