How Difficult is it Really to Get into These Bank Diversity Events/Undergraduate Camps?

I am personally familiar with the GS undergraduate camp that flaunts an application rate of over 3000 students with an acceptance rate between 200-350. Is this an accurate statistic? Do other diversity events/undergraduate camps deliver similar figures? It seems that everyone with a LinkedIn account gets invited to these things but the acceptance rates I'm familiar with suggest otherwise.
