I recently applied for a lateral position in Research at a lower BB, and the recruiter just told me last week that he had forwarded my resume to the hiring team.
I was wondering how long the general process is after this for a FT lateral hire? (I have talked to recruiters now at 3 places in the last 2 weeks and heard the same but no updates after that so just getting slightly worried)

My own opinion is that if the hiring team wanted to talk to me, they would have reached out to me by now, no? I don't think scheduling a phone interview takes 2 weeks.
