How long would you stay
If you are hired through a recruiter, what is regarded as professional/well-mannered in terms of the minimum months or years you stay with the employer given the expenses (recuriter fee, relocation, etc.) they've incurred to bring you in?
As much as you want to stay. Remember, the minute you underperform, your PM will scream and yell at you and fire you. They only care about $$$. No emotions. Do where you’re going to be best for your career
Stop projecting
He's not wrong...
I had a friend who worked as a SA at his dream shop. The PMs liked him a lot but unfortunately weren't able to afford him. So, after the MBA, he accepted a decent role in London, only to learn that the dream shop got funded a few days after he finalized the overseas move. He was upset but decided to work for the UK fund for two years and was eventually able to return to the dream shop.
I would say 18 months to 2 years
at least 12 months. no more than 2 years
is usually 18 months
12-18 months.
