How relevant is my experience for b-school in Europe?
I will be applying to some schools in Europe.
I interned in a private company and worked in the financial department.

Schools in europe, for Masters of science, are not that focused on previous work experience, but on the prestige of your previous, school, your gpa, and your gmat.
With a 700 gmat you could get into a Msc management/finance at Oxbridge/LSE/HEC/LBS, which are all elite schools. But even whith a 600 you could get accepted into some pretty good international schools.
If you're talking about MBAs instead, then you will have to do better than that if you're applying to the top MBA schools (Insead, LBS, IMD).
Thanks, I will actually apply to schools I think like Dauphine or maybe the Grande Ecole programs that last 3 to 4 years.
Oh so by 3-4 yr program you mean undergrad? I think most people who replied thought (as i did) you meant for b/grad school.
For undergrad, id still try HEC, otherwise if youre sent on France, yes the Grande Ecoles are great and are well known in all of Europe, but conversely, not outside of Europe too well (besides HEC).
Look at the FT.com list of top schools they have it pretty well figured out.
