Currently at a shop that's not very technical/modelling-intensive. What are some ways/methods/resources to develop a sound skillset to position yourself better for a potential lateral?

another thing that just popped into my head is that as you learn to model, bring that knowledge to your actual job and try to add modeling in (if it’s necessary) to your deliverables
