How to improve after first round interview?

Hi everyone,

So I got my first round interview today with a hedge fund for a Credit Analyst position and I think the behavioral and some of the scenario-based questions they asked went extremely well!

The only issue that I could see some reservation on was my lack of quantitative experience. I have some basic python knowledge and SQL knowledge, but nothing too fancy. I went to a non-target with a low GPA, but I attended a target-school’s job fair to get the HF interview in place.

How can I channel my efforts on really ramping up my knowledge of quant to focus on examining large data sets to compete against the other students for the position? These other students went to Stanford and I’m the only non-Stanford undergrad applying.

Thanks!
