Go on to craigslist. Go to the free section. Find shit that is free and which is in good condition (couches, coffee tables etc.) and go and pick them up. Store them at your place while trying to resell them on craigslist. Make 100-200 a pop. Do a sleep study. Can find these on craigslist, or at local teaching hospitals or universities. These range from one to 14 days, and go up to $4000.

Get money from a loan shark. Loans from them aren't generally legally enforcable.

Those are eight options that are readily available and which require little prep/time commitment (aside from starting your own business, though if its a website, it could still get to the point of requiring relatively little time).

Do not do this. I know a dude who does loan sharking and I would not cross this dude. The guys who work at a restaurant he owns are scared of him too, and they are usually ex-cons. Dude is like 65 but plays golf with me and my dad with a loaded shotgun in his bag. One time we saw him go to the side of the road and a pickup truck pulled up and just gave him a big bag of money. Yeah...I wouldn't fuck with loan sharks. Unless u have gills or are bulletproof.

As for my skills, I have a 760 on the GMAT, so tutoring Prospective MBA students is an option but I'm not sure I want to go through some sort of training program at a test prep company.

Besides that, I did some roofing during a summer in college. I'm in great shape physically so helping people move sounds like a good gig.

Language skills are minimal, just a little bit of Spanish.

With a 760 GMAT you meet at least part of the minimum requirements to teach for Manhattan GMAT. If you have prior teaching/tutoring experience you have a good shot at working there. They require a commitment of 3 hours a week and pay $100/hour (and they have a signing bonus of a few thousand). Might want to look into that....
