I did a HireVue in a polo for BlackRock. Am I Done?

Title says it all. I applied for Spring Insight and I had never done a hirevue before. Should I say goodbye to BlackRock now?

Should I withdraw my application?

What kind of response is that? I never did a hirevue before and I wore a polo shirt. It's that simple. I know I made a mistake but how bad is it?

Lmfaooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

You're probably fine. There's a possibility that there may be some bias due to the fact that the person viewing the hirevue might prefer you to be business formal or casual. There's also a possibility that you will look less "professional" than other people that are doing the hirevue because they all wore business formal or casual. If you didn't have access to business casual or business formal due to it being stuck on campus and you're at home and vice versa but I wouldn't really over think it as they probably understand as this issue came up back in March when people were abruptly kicked off campus What's done is done.

I know. Very stupid but it was the first HireVue I've done. Won't make that mistake again and shouldn't have in the first place. Do you think I should email them with an excuse or something? There is a hurricane where I am...

if you are a smart, lucid, intelligent and well mannered individual, then wearing a polo in a video interview shouldn't matter...why would you withdraw your application and reject yourself?  Why not roll the dice and see what happens?   Why are you so afraid of rejection?

Are all of the hirevues even viewed? I was under the impression it was just an algo that kind of sorts things.
