I have access to a Bloomberg Terminal for 3 months, what are some necessary keystrokes to learn from it?
I am sort of use to it, and I have a very basic knowledge of how it operates, but what are some important things to know about a terminal in regards to investment banking? I have seen their "Bloomberg University" cheat-sheet on Investment banking, but I feel like those are just basic keystrokes that I could easily pick-up. Suggestions on what I can learn, or more in-depth functions of a terminal that are helpful for banking?
Learn how to integrate Bloomberg and Excel properly. Invaluable.
Super late.... but if you are still around, does integrating mean exporting from Bloomberg to Excel?
Here are some keyboard basics.

Googling bloomberg cheat sheet or bloomberg shortcuts will get you plenty more.
Excel integration is nice for academic exercises but due to the cost most banks use Factset at the individual user level rather than bloomberg.
Definitely the excel stuff is more useful for schoolwork, but FS functions work similarly to Bloomberg.
Just got to Bloomberg University and get certified. The videos are a great way to indoctrinate you on using the terminal. Also, as mentioned above, being able to use the excel plugin is a big productivity boost.
