Illiniprogrammer

Can we give a hand for this guy? He consistently posts the most down to earth, well thought out comments on here that bring a broader perspective outside of the tunnel vision of a lot of folks here. Incredibly refreshing amidst the sea of KKR/TPG, money is everything, greed is good mentality that permeates much of the discussion here and I've never seen an unclassy post from the guy even during arguments

I usually reward his contributions with silver banana's.

I'm a fan. His views on many things are different than mine, but I like that he expreses himself in an informed and nice way. And when we agree...it's great. Seeing someone in banking who has a more modest view of success is a breath of fresh air sometimes. I love my cash, but I understand other views and I think some people need to see them.

Reality hits you hard, bro...

My only gripe with him is his insistence that "quality" business threads can be had from JC Penney and Men's Wearhouse (and other retailers of that ilk). If I fancied dressing like a circus clown, I would agree.

Aside from that, seems like a decent dude.

Let's make a thread like this for everyone so no one feels left out.

HPM are you feeling left out? I just bought a brand new ass bra, if that'll cheer ya up...

PS- Illini, you kick ass, thanks for the help/advice and I hope you stick around and keep it up!

megafundguyillini is cool but at end of day he's still a mid office risk dude at barcap.
At the end of the day, he still adds more value to this site than you.
