Indian IIT graduate to top 10 B schools

Hello,
I am an IIT graduate with 3.1 GPA (scaled to 4). I have held decent leadership position at campus being the institute secretary and am currently joining Deutsche Bank in Investment Banking division in India. I have a gmat score of 750. What are my chances to be accepted by HBS/Wharton and other top B schools after 3 years work experience. What should I do to strengthen my profile

As a first step, stop being so lazy and do your research - and stop asking such basic questions. Cultural tip for you for America - if you can find an answer by googling it, do not ever ask that question.

I don't know about how your GPA is, but your MBA app goal should be to DIFFERENTIATE yourself from the countless other Indian engineers who will apply to B School with you?

What makes you different from the 100 other IIT grads with 750 GMATs - if you can, coherently answer that, you have a shot.

This. Getting to bb is great, but if OP you're not careful, OP you'll soon be an asshole

that's an unnecessarily rude response. kid's asking a genuine question...if you can't stop sucking your own d1ck for 10 seconds to respond, don't bother.

To OP: I think you have a fair shot. Just work on more qualitative aspects of your application.
