Info on BlueMountain Capital

Does anyone have any info on/experience working with BlueMountain Capital? The website has a lot of great general information but I'm just generally curious about the culture and reputation there, most specifically in their Long/Short Credit Strategies Fund.

Any idea on comp/hours/culture and the background of the analysts that they typically look at for that group? The senior PM's seem extremely accomplished, just want to get a better idea on the kind of junior investment professionals they consider.

Would also appreciate any other similarly notable HF's with strong liquid L/S Credit strategies as well (Like Angelo Gordon/ also assuming the MF PE credit arms, and some of the larger distressed funds?)

Thanks in advance.
