Info On CSC Generation Associate Interview

Has anyone gone through the interview process for CSC Generation? Would like to see if anyone could provide me any color around what the interview process looks like and what kind of candidates they're looking for.

Also, would like to learn more about the actual role itself from anyone who has done it. 1.) What does lifestyle look like (i.e. what are hours like and how much control do you have over your schedule)? 2.) What does comp look like? I know what base is but what can be expected for bonus / equity?

I know there was another thread related to this, but I got no DM response from the monkeys on that thread, so figured I throw this out there again.

Brilliant guys. Get ready to work hard, really hard...

Loads of room to move into ops at their portcos too. It's all pretty incesteous that way.

Not as formal/stupid as normal PE either.

Pay won't be great or even market initially but I promise you'll learn more than if you had worked at any other private equity firm. Worth looking @ the background of everyone who is there, especially their founder, who is undoubtedly one of the smartest people you'll speak too.

The guy that does their legal/CTO is amazing too, definitely try to hang around him if you can.

A legal counsel with earnings in his headshot. I'm all for off-color culture, but I am honestly super confused after taking a look through this fund's website. I have never encountered them in any deals (proprietary deal flow game strong though). Don't get me wrong, they look legit from IP experience perspective, but this looks like a truly unique team to say the least lol.
