Informational interview questions merril lynch

I have an informational phone call tomorrow with an alumni who is a merril lynch Financial advisor . What questions should I be asking him ?

Here is my current list : - How did you get your start ? - What's the most satisfying part of you job? - What has been the key to your success at merril Lynch? - What was the biggest surprise when you went into the field? - What advice would you give your 21 year old self?

I do not want this to sound like I am interviewing him, so what advice would you guys have to avoid this?

Thank you
