Insights on Deloitte Strategy & CDD?
Is anyone familiar with Deloitte's Strategy & CDD team? The team is under Financial Advisory and is pretty small in size. They seem to work on strategy consulting projects (e.g. market entry, growth) as well as M&A (CDD, FDD, valuation).
-As they are under FA and not consulting, does anyone know how their projects differ from S&O/Monitor/M&A transaction type of work? -Any insights on exit opportunities (especially to PE)? -Travel?
The team is located in Europe (Western/Nordic).
Is this different to their Transaction Advisory Services team ?
