Got an interview invitation from a London office of FPK (Fox-Pitt, Kelton), an FIG boutique, for Sr.Analyst, Jr.Associate M&A position.
Anyone has experience talking with these guys? What to expect and how technical the interview usually?

I would start preparing by reading up on the difference between verbs and nouns.
It's a common mistake though.... advice is a noun, advise is a verb.
