Interview today with small Investment/PE shop. Literally have zero experience
I applied for an analyst position at a boutique investment firm (less than 5 ppl) which invests in biotech companies. They listed on the ad they preferred people with MD or PhDs, neither of which I have. But I have strong research exp, in a field related to one of the main companies they invest in and so I guess that's why they are considering me..? It's a small company and I think I will be speaking to one of the co-founders.
I have zero business/finance knowledge. What kind of questions should I expect?
What should I even ask?
Thanks!
do they know you have zero finance knowledge?
just curious, why would you apply to a finance position without any finance knowledge?
