Is it possible to get into decent bschool with lower GPA?

Hi all,
Im from Poland recently graduated from University of Warsaw, BA in Management (in polish) with low GPA - 3.8 out of 5.0 (polish grading system), on my diploma I got higher grade, because of thesis grade (5). During studies instead of putting an effort in obtaining good grades, I was focused on student council activities (VP) and internships - 9 months experience in banking and 7 months in big4 deal advisory. I just got accepted into MA in Finance (in english) at Kozminski University and also MA in Finance at Warsaw School of Economics (in polish).
I was thinking about a gap year instead of continuing studies in Warsaw and taking GMAT/GRE. Do I have any chances to get admission to good bschool with such a low GPA? I was thinking about schools like Stockholm School of Economics and Frankfurt School of Finance&Management or any decent ones. Do I stand any chances?
My goal is to work in MBB.
