is it worth applying to DB SA?

Contemplating applying for DB for SA 2021, but I wonder with how volatile everything is there, I wonder if (obviously getting ahead of myself assuming an offer or other options) by next summer how different things will be/ I will be missing an opportunity elsewhere for a dying, toxic summer with no chance of a FT. BUT reading a bit the above suggestion seems to really only be true on the equities desk, is US IB at DB really even suffering that bad? It is still a BB after all...

Yes you should definitely apply

If you're juggling multiple offers, I'd take any BB, EB, or upper MM over DB SA just because of the volatility there. That said DB is a name brand and you should be able to lateral elsewhere for FT.
