Is junior transfer worth it?

Hi,

I'm a first-year student currently at a non-target business school outside Boston, majoring in corporate finance & accounting and ended first semester with a 3.74(flopped buisness law). Initially enrolled because I wanted to work in Big 4 since my father is a Deloitte partner, but now more inclined towards IB and consulting. I had a 1490 SAT but HS gpa wasn't pretty(3.5ish), so I'm not doing a sophomore transfer. Currently involved in school investment fund, IB club, consulting club, and planning to rush business frats next semester.

School list: Penn, Northwestern, Vandy, Cornell, WashU, USC, Michigan, NYU

1) Fairly certain I'll maintain a 3.8+ until transferring, is that competitve for transferring into schools above?

2) How disadvantaged is a junior transfer in terms of networking and recruiting? Should I just stay at my current school and apply to MSFs or other graduate programs?

Any input is appreciated, hope everyone stays safe during this time and happy hollidays.
