Is MBA necessary?

Is there anyone that got a job after graduating university(not in America)? If university is not in America, is it necessary to go to top20 MBA? I heard it would be hard to go HF if i go to IB associate.(Associate is position after MBA, am i correct?)

+))I'm from South Korea so there is not a lot of information i can get. Also i'm going university this year so i don't know anything. There are so many words i cant understand(position name, economic words) Would you let me know where you got base information when you decided to go IB? Books, WSO pages, anything ok. Plz recommend.
