Is one Employee pushing for you/ flagging your resume enough or is it the more the better.
Networked myself into a coffee chat with a Director yesterday and he had recruiting flag my name which should help ensure an interview. I was wondering if I should keep networking and if two is better than one or that would be unneccesary. Thanks.
More never hurts...
A Director probably pulls pretty well...
Do you think when you have someone like a Director get your name flagged his name is tied to you or is it just the equivalent of say an associate getting your resume flagged in the sense that all are the same?
Yes and no, When I was interviewing at a large AM shop I had to ge my connection to flag my resume every time I applied. She was more than happy to do it, she just need me to tell her I applied. The HR team eventually started to get to know my name and make that connection.
By everytime you applied do you mean you applied to multiple divisions or after each round?
Two different times for the same division and then one time to a different division.
