Is there off cycle in New York?

I was talking with an MD who said I should look into off cycle at their BB in New York. I googled it, but I couldn't find anything about off cycle at any BB in New York, just London.

Obviously, I am going to look into this more with the MD, but would such a thing be a 100% informal process?

Not advertised on the site. It's for target students from Dartmouth (and sometimes Chicago or Stanford).
