Japanese Government Bonds - 10 year Target
What do you guys think of the Bank of Japan’s new decision to target 10 year yields instead of changing their overnight rate? It’s an interesting idea, but US 10 year Treasuries already give better yields than the 0% Japanese Government Bond. Are investors going to start massively reallocating their money to these new Japanese 10 years? Or not?
