Im from a non-target school and my GPA is 3.5

Jun 28, 2017

Where/how did you submit the application? I don't see anything on their website. Did a contact/HR email you a link to an application?

Jun 28, 2017

I got a referral for the position and the recruiting team reached out to me and asked me to complete the application and submit it.

Jun 28, 2017

Sorry if I'm being obtuse, but did you get to the application on JP Morgan's website or did you click on a link in an email that was sent to you from the recruiting team?

also, you don't think questions 1/2 are essentially the same, and 3/9 are too?

Jun 28, 2017

They are...a friend of mine applied for a different position but had to do the HireVue shit..he got one of those questions and i got one of those. Its just a compilation of what you can expect...different people get asked different versions of the same question

Jun 28, 2017

Yea...it was the latter. But this was for a FT IB position. If you're applying for an SA position, Im not sure whats happening with that, people were complaining that there are problems...

No worries man. Good Luck!

Jun 29, 2017

Stupid question but does JPM use Hirevue for all their candidates now? Even if I'm applying for an SA position?

Jun 29, 2017

From what I've seen on here, Hirevue is being used for FT and SAs are still interviewing over the phone first--but that might change as we go later into the cycle.

They're looking to introduce HireVue even for SA due to the high number of applications they get. Not sure if they're doing it now.
