Most to least important
Relevant coursework, Relevant Skills, Relevant Experience etc.
Its not so much about the position. The safest route is a BB internship. But you can work at a boutique fund, or boutique bank, FoF or w.e. As long as you get the responsibility that you can spin into transferable skills that you can market for a full-time position.
