KPMG M&A Advisory - business due diligence -one hour CASE STUDY interview ? (Please Help)!!
Hi guys, I am recent invited to a one hour cast study interview. the line is M&A advisory but focus on the commercial DD. my background is MBA and have done the first round interview which is different than normal one. the first round I did is they gave me a short case ( market entry case ) and I was given 48 hours to write a slide deck( fortunately, I passed this round). I am wondering how this sec round interview look like? will it only last for one hour? ( the manager mention that it is an one hour case study discussion). Any idea???? Many thanks!!
