Looking to relocate to LA ASAP to work in development. Current development professional in a major East Coast market. Would really appreciate your guys' thoughts on whether any major players are missing from this list which I should investigate. Hopefully this list is a resource for others interested in this market.

Monday Properties just opened a west coast office, I'm sure they're aggressively hiring right now

I wonder if they're going to build spec high rise office buildings and leave them empty for years like they do on the East Coast

Outside of the Related and Hines type firms, any other insight into culture, project types, personalities, etc. at these other places?

These types of threads are always helpful for the community here

I don't know much about the west coast in general, but I've interacted with the Related CA people and they seemed very genuine.
