Ladies and Gentlemen, Hello.

Well, this is what I hope to be the first post of many more to come on this website.

My name is Miguel, I was born in Venezuela (that is South America, FYI), and I came here to the U.S three years ago. I played college baseball, blah blah blah, and now that I decided to finally get into Business, (hoping it's not too late), I would like to get information as well share opinions and views with other people. I will be starting as a Freshman (Yeah, I know) at Colorado University - Boulder this Fall. I am 20 years old, bilingual (English-Spanish, learning a bit of Russian), and I am interested on Investment Banking, PE, HF, Finance in general. I know it won't be easy to break into the business coming from a non-target school, but hey, you'll never know if you don't try. I am currently living in NJ.

I would be glad to answer any other questions.

Thanks,

Miguel.

You learn something new every day. THAT'S what keeps me coming back.

Hahaha, well, after living in Kansas and dealing with people who thought that Venezuela was a "province" of Mexico, I just figured that it wouldn't hurt to clarify what or where Venezuela is.
