Lebron James Legacy
Does this NBA finals have any impact on LBJ's legacy? He is going up against, arguably, the best NBA team ever assembled. Potentially 4 future HOF players and 4 current All-Stars. The warriors bench is much better than the Cavs and I don't see any way that Lebron pulls this off.
So my question, does this hurt Lebron's legacy with a loss? Say he somehow pulls this off, does he surpass MJ as the GOAT?
A win would help a lot more than a loss would hurt imo. Though he's made it to the finals 7 straight times, with a loss he'll be 3-5 and that's all people will really care about in the end. I hope he finds a way i'd hate to see KD win thought it was a real bitch move to join the Warriors
Yeah I agree with that, much more to gain by winning. Seems like an impossible order, the warriors are too talented.
If he wins, he is almost MJ. If he loses he is still 2nd best of all-time but there is a good distance between him and MJ. The biggest tarnish on his legacy will be that loss to the Mavs, that was a disgrace.
Im a chicago native... but to be fair LBJ is the GOAT.. The man still has a years left in his career...
Also anyone else agree that LBJ knows how to craft a team around a star player? He would be a good fking GM.
