List of Firms that Use Argus

This discussion is designated for CRE professionals who use Argus as part of their workflow and want to refer to a list of firms that use the software. I will do my own research to add to this list. Please feel free to list some of the companies you know

I understand this is an obnoxious post. It could be filtered down to big shop names. I only made this discussion cus I just got certified in Argus and I'd like to use it my next role. Doing research on which larger firms use it isn't so clear. I'm guessing there others who might be in this predicament. But I guess I can assume most firms use it - thats news to me, fairly new in the industry and come from a multifamily background and its not widely used in that space

I've heard HFF and CBRE use Argus. Could be a rumor.. you didn't hear this from me

I interviewed for Unibail Rodamco late last year after their acquisition of Westfield Malls for an AM Analyst role. They were building out their NYC office.

I asked if they use Argus for the numerous retail leases that they need to model. I was curious because job description had no mention of it. Hiring manager said they don’t and mainly Excel. Maybe malls are different than traditional retail modeling? I don’t know.
