Looking for a little help...

alright, heres my story. graduated from target, good gpa, relevant experience looking for a transition. Currently working as a 1st year analyst at one of the larger boutique broker dealers in the city. rotational experience though 3 fixed income desks. Good experience but small opprtunity for growth here. Looking for a way out and i need help. I've done my networking, cold contacting, alumni...and covering all my bases. I know there's a lot of ppl working in s&t and even within fixed income and if there's anyone who might be able to help me make that switch to a mm or bb, i would be so grateful. For what it's worth, I've sent in a few resumes from ppl on this site so i'm not just a take and no give kinda guy. If anyone thinks they may be able to help me fill a junior role (sales or trading), I would really appreciate a pm or whatever. thx
