Looking for an Underwriting Analyst - Washington, D.C. Area

Hi all,

I posted on here late last year and was able to hire two underwriting analysts at my firm. We might have a need for another analyst here in the D.C. office. If anybody is interested, please send me your resume and what you're looking at for compensation to [email protected].

We're a mid market agency (Freddie/Fannie) underwriting shop. Previous agency experience is preferred but not required. Will teach you how to underwrite and my goal is to get all my analysts promoted to full blown underwriters as soon as possible. Looking for somebody with basic knowledge of real estate concepts and great Excel skills. You can expect a typical work week to be 45-50 hours in a very laid back environment. You'll learn a lot and our company is small enough that you can get promoted to a junior underwriter in a few years. Looking for people interested in a full-time role, we already hired our interns for the summer.
