Louis Dreyfus Trader Trainee Program

I recently saw an advertisement for Louis Dreyfus Trader Trainee program at career services on campus. I'm interested in commodity trading with the potential for using the training program to transition to a hedge fund down the line.
Has anyone participated in the training program, and if so what insights could you share about culture, pay, exit opportunities? Also, for anybody that interviewed for the program, what was your experience like? What kind of questions were asked?
