Macquarie Assessment Test?

Hi All,

I have been interviewing with Macquarie and was invited into the office for an "assessment test". There is a reasoning and personality component.

I was wondering if anyone here has had experience taking this test. If so, can you provide some input on what I should expect and how I can prepare?
