There's no template. You just put the company/group name on the header/footer etc and input your information, charts, graphs into PPT.
The PPT output of many consulting firms include custom-made tools/ programs, so they might not even work properly in a third-party presentation. I believe there were some BCG pro-bono decks online a while back. They look the part.
