Market Risk Analyst Program at BofA

I was hoping if anybody could shed some light on this program. Its part of the Global Markets Risk group. The website barely has any information on it. I'm pretty interested in it but I dont have a quant background.

Does anyone know? What are the day-to-day tasks involved in market risk? What is the salary/pay progression like in this area within a bank? What are the exit opps?
