For me, it's staying alive until I get out of the Army. Then I'm going to mostly rely on my undergrad transcript, my service record, my GMATs and hope, faith and prayer. What's your strategy? I think you guys are much more read up on this than I am.

 

Is there really that big of a need for leadership in "boy scouts" or some other activity outside of work? The Army seems to be taking a lot of my time, so I'm hoping academia can help out instead of being captain of the softball team at the Y.

Unless self improvement of the golf course counts. i could add that in.
