Hi all, So I have got through the 1st and 2nd stages for a Trade Capture role at one of the BB. The 1st stage was a competency heavy with some technical questions. The 2nd stage was technical heavy questions with some competency. Please could somebody advise what to expect from the 3rd stage (MD) interview?

I don't know what BB you're interviewing at, but let me tell you about my experience. Goldman had three candidates, two men and a woman, for one analyst position. On the final day of testing, the Goldman proctor took the first male candidate to a large steel door and handed him a gun. "We must know that you will follow our instructions, regardless of the circumstances," he said. "Inside this room, you will find your wife sitting in a chair. Take this gun and kill her." The man was horrified, "You can't be serious!
