Probably not, I doubt they'll even see it depending on where it is and if you have good experience, normally people won't ding you for a period. Trust me, most analysts and associates do worse while even on the job.
I've done resume screening a ton as a 2-3 year analyst and during my associate years as well. In a pile of 100-200 resumes, I doubt that person will even find that extra period. Personally, I wouldn't ding someone for that.
