Not familiar with this shop and/or market, but is your deal considered "high street" retail? If so, a lot of people are looking for this type of asset right now, especially with the correct "risk/return" profile. Honestly - that could be right up their alley. Shoot me a PM if you have time to chat on this further, but they have a large allocation for this so if market won't command $1,000+ PSF it might be a little bit of a lost cause. Either way, I'm always game to make new connections and meet new people.
