Non-US BofA/Citi/CS leaves CS right?
Sorry, should have been more clear. By non-US, I meant not a US office location (hence the small group).
When do you need to make group preference, now? Two points for you to consider:
1) Turnover in banking is so high that who knows if they will even be there in a year
2) You also run the risk of being in a less favorable group AND encountering a new a-hole in the new group (there are many sprinkled throughout banking...)
I'd probably lean towards sticking in your current group and trying to get staffed with the other associates once you prove yourself and have a little more say over which projects you take on.
