Anybody have insight into the timelines across divisions?
Like I'm aware there's an accelerated process for IB - is that true for IM/ER etc.?
Do you know if people on the accelerated process for NYC IB have started interviews?
I know that people who qualified for their earlier exploratory programs are already having superdays for NY M&A.

I’m sure they get thousands of applications - applying to it early means you’ll be on the top of the pile. Also what’s the point of not applying early if your resume is not gonna change? Don’t see any downsides of applying early tbh
There definitely is a downside. You're getting rid of the opportunity to improve your resume/grades.

I did it, don't worry it's just two standard behavioral questions just have 2-3 stories in the back of your mind you can mold. MS treats these as "cover letters" anyways so the Hirevues don't really matter.

I did this so long ago I don't even remember. Stop being pansies and just do the fucking questions. I literally told you it doesn't even matter that much. How do you expect to do in an interview if you don't have the confidence to answer two basic behaviorals?

If you want to improve your odds of getting the job, don't do this - pretty sure MS gives very few superday spots and everything matters

I heard that MP is currently delaying interviews due to coronavirus. Are they restarting the process in a week or so?
Recently heard that they were backed up with informationals right now, didn't get a certain timeline
Same here. Had a first round a month ago, with an update 2 weeks ago saying they paused the process for now. Haven't heard back since.
Menlo Park is currently on second round interviews for summer analysts, following-up from the first rounds in March. They'll likely take ~10 interns, unclear if they'll give out all offers this cycle but the ship may have sailed if you aren't already in the process

Anyone apply and not immediately get a hirevue? Class of 2022 from a semi-target so don't see any reason for an auto-ding, haven't gotten the hirevue or had a status change on the MS website.

Questions: Why IB? Biggest strength and biggest weakness? 90 seconds to respond to each. 30 seconds to prepare.

How long did it take people to hear back for a 2nd round after their first round for Menlo? Also, if you didn't get a second round were you told so?
took about a week, and no they don’t tell you if you don’t get one
