Msc Finance - ESCP offer vs IE conditional offer

Background information

  • Age 22
  • Speak 4 languages fluently (Dutch, English, French, German)
  • Currently finishing my 4 Month internship at a Private Equity fund
  • Did a 1 month investment banking training in London
  • Did a 1 month equity research internship in London
  • Had a succesful startup
  • Own an annual festival
  • Hold a master in Finance
  • GMAT score: 600 (as i was working in private equity so i could only study for 2 hours every night and had less than one month to study for the gmat i received a mediocre score)

Hi Everyone,

I'm in a bit of a sticky situation.
A few weeks ago I received an offer from IE madrid stating that i could enter the program on the condition that i retake my gmat. (I currently hold a GMAT of only 600, and they want me to get a 610)

Yesterday i received my offer at ESCP for their Advanced Master in Finance (pre experience). I didn't expect this at all. ESCP is ranked 2nd in the FT ranking and in general a really good school for Finance and breaking into IBD. I heard from a friend of mine who studies at ESCP that they consider the complete profile rather than just looking at their GMAT score. Which was the case for me i suppose.

This requires me to make a choice, as i am currently studying every night to retake the gmat while writing my thesis during my weekends and working at my internship during the day. Taking the offer at ESCP would mean that i can stop studying for the GMAT and focus on my other pressing occupations.
On the other hand, i have already lived in both Paris and London (ESCP's 2 semester take place here as well) so Madrid (IE) would be a nice add on.

What do you think i should do? Take the offer at ESCP or Continue GMAT studying to get IE?
My goal is to end up in IBD in a tier 1 BB in London.

Escp because of 3 reasons: you are fluent in French. You don’t have to retake the gmat. Escp>IE (except for Spain obviously).
