Undergrad gpa in civil engineering (from india)-2.64/4
Masters gpa in construction management(from usa)-3.56/4
Udemy ib course done
Mbamath course done(basic accounting math and stats)
5 years of work experience in construction management as a cost estimator(bidding jobs) and cost planner(forecasting, budgeting and scheduling) in USA
1 year of work experience as a civil engineer in India
Gre score of 320
What are my chances to get into an LSE/Oxford/Cambridge/lbs for masters in finance?
If none of the above, then any other university recommendations in uk/usa?
Any extra stuff that might increase my chances of getting admitted to top colleges?
You're asking a forum full of people who have no idea what it takes to get into Oxbridge.
Seriously, the best way to find out is phoning up the university admissions offices.
This is probably the best forum for advice. The amount of overachievers (in a good way) here is unmatched and there are definitely lots of Oxbridge students/grads here.
Admissions will give him a super basic answer. Students / alumni is best source but WSO is still reliable.
Honestly, it’s going to be tough. You already have a Masters degree. It’s going to be a hard sell to demonstrate that you really want to do a Masters in Finance. The universities are going to get the impression that you don’t know what you want to do in your life and that’s probably the most important factor in admitting someone to a course.
LSE's masters are pre-experience, same as oxbridge... That will be a great problem for you. However, LBS's MSc Finance (not the MFA) is post-experience, so I would aim for that one. Or you could also look for an MBA at a respectable BSchool, but a pre-experience master's is not a good idea for you imo.
