National Guard and Internships
I am a sophomore at a T25 school with a 3.8 GPA. I have applied to a few finance related internships for this summer, but I really only have had a few responses. One for a business controller at Vovlo Group, a Commercial banking internship at a regional Bank and a financial corporate office role for a group of grocery chains. Currently, I have my national guard experience listed on my resume, but I am not sure if this is holding me back or really interfere with any opportunities I will be given. I still have 3 more years left on my contract. If anyone has had experience with this situation or could guide me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
