Need advice for selecting college

Hello,

This is my first post here on WSO and I am looking for some advice on selecting an undergrad college. I am currently a junior in high school and through our business program here at our school and competing in banking & finance in business professionals of america (program our business program participates in) I have decided that I want to go into investment banking (hopefully will narrow that down as I experience different sectors).

I should start off by saying that I have a very slim shot of getting into any Ivy league or Ivy league caliber schools (Stanford, UChicago, etc.) I am looking at Indiana U, Miami U (OH), Lehigh, Holy Cross, and Bucknell. I understand that if I can get into IU's IB workshop, that is probably the best option. Have any of you heard of alumni or decent recruiting from any of these schools? My understanding is that there is alumni on Wall St. from Lehigh, Holy Cross, and Bucknell that help out kids who also went to there alma mattar. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm probably going to end up going to Indiana as a direct admit at Kelley. Kelley is ranked very high in best undergrad business schools and it's probably the best option. They also give great merit scholarships
