Need advises on deciding among BAML S&T SA vs DB FT S&T HK vs KCG Quant Trading Summer Intern

Hi guys,

This is an update from my previous topic. I am trying to decide between the 3 offers. A bit background about myself, I am a college senior and have a math/CS background. I could choose to do a 1 more year of CS master that's why I have SA offers. I prefer to join a FT role right away/join FT right after summer internship if there is an opening, but I care more about long term career development as I am willing to do SA first and wait if the company/choice is better long term. BAML (SA) and DB pays standard base and KCG (prop trading) pays 30% higher base starting out. My questions are:

1. If I start out in HK doing sales trading at DB, would that limit my future development (mobility, bonus in 5-10 yrs) compare to the other 2 choices because I learned that trading is often product specific? ( I learned DB and BAML are very strong in G10/FX and highyield/equity respectively, so the choice between BAML and DB is more a choice between trading in HK vs NYC)

2. Between BAML and KCG (both in the US), I don't care too much about pay for the first 2-3 yrs down the road and care more about long term. I also heard KCG hasn't been performing well recently. I am trying to decide which place could help me more if i want to become a PM at a hedge fund focusing on market neutral strategies.

Thanks and your advices are much appreciated!
