New Associate comp
Since most people have gotten offers for full time roles, I thought it would be good for others to share what the new base comps are for BBs and EBs.So far I heard most of the BBs are on the $175k for A1. Insights on other banks base+sign-on will be good to know.
Following
Wells Fargo:
Base: $175k
Signing: $60k (40 + 10 early + 10 relocation)
Stub: ?? But heard it may be raised
For another data point associates are:

Signing bonus: $50k
Early sign: $7.5k
Summer internship bonus:$2.5k
Intern bonus.. you mean relocation? That’s 2k pre-tax now
Any word on what associate comp is like at foreign banks HSBC,Soc Gen, BNP, RBC?
I know someone who was offered 175k for As2 in June for BNP
